Menggunakan PALTALK untuk mendengar kajian online

Semoga catatan singkat ini bermanfaat buat kalian yang antusias menuntut ilmu syar'i -yang diwajibkan atas engkau wahai saudaraku-, melalui media internet dengan menggunakan aplikasi paltalk –semoga pula Alloh memudahkan langkahmu untuk menuntut ilmu langsung dalam majelis ilmu–

Paltalk adalah aplikasi gratis yang memanfaatkan media internet seperti AIM, Yahoo, MSN, dan ICQ sebagai program chatting dengan suara atau tulisan (text). Paltalk juga bisa digunakan sebagai media pertukaran data (shared file). Saat ini paltalk baru bisa digunakan pada sistem operasi win95, Win98, WinME, Windows2000, WinXP, Windows2003, Windows CE.
Saat artilkel ini ditulis paltalk sudah menggunakan versi 9.0 (biasanya yang menggunakan sebelum versi 9.0 secara otomatis selesai login akan melakukan auto-upgrade versi terbaru)

1. Download software Paltalk (7.6M) mirror 1 (USA) mirror 2 (ID)
2. Setelah proses instalasi selesai, buka aplikasi paltalk, lakukan pembuatan user paltalk baru anda (Klik New user? get a Nickname) .

catatan:

* untuk langkah pembuatan user ini sebagai alternatif bisa juga mendaftar terlebih dahulu di website pengembangnya ( daftar disini ) - jadi saat instalasi selesai tinggal login dengan menggunakan user yang dibuat langsung melalui website resmi paltalk

3. Setelah proses pembuatan user dan login sukses, selanjutnya akan ditampikan tab Chat Rooms - terdiri 3 pilihan Favorites | My Room | Rooms - Nah untuk mudahnya, -diasumsikan anda telah mengetahui jadwal kajian dan room kajian. Klik saja Rooms - selanjutnya browse (seleksi) kategori misal kita mencari room #xtrasalafy, selanjutnya seleksi Religion & Spirituality > Islam > xtrasalafy

4. Setelah mendapatkan room yang diinginkan, selanjutnya cek terlebih dahulu sound dikomputer anda (pastikan tidak ada masalah dengan sound), kemudian Klik Kanan Nama Roomnya dan pilih Join Room

5. Selesai, selanjutnya silahkan nikmati kajian onlinenya. -semoga bermanfaat–
